What it is
Professional development for teachers and adult professionals, in three forms: designed and handed over as materials your own people deliver, delivered live by me, or delivered online. All three are available and the choice is yours.
What you get
Sessions built the way a good course is built: one outcome, the exit check written first, scaffolding that comes out on a stated schedule, and materials specific enough that a facilitator who was not in the design meeting can run them. Handover includes the facilitator guide, not just the slides.
Who it is for
Schools and districts, education companies onboarding curriculum teams, and organizations whose training has become rollout: here is the tool, here is the login. Written for rooms of adults who will start answering email the moment a session stops respecting their time.
How it usually runs
Discovery on who is in the room and what they already carry. A session plan with timings and materials named. A pilot where possible, then revision. Live delivery is scoped by day; materials and online delivery are scoped by module.
